Manyatta Azure Boutique Hotel – Refund Policy.

Cancellation by Guest

• All bookings cancelled within a period of 90 days from the check-in date are Non-Refundable

  • No refund will be issued for any cancellations.

Bookings Cancelled before the 90 days window are charged 50% cancellation fees. 

No-Show

Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Early Departure

No refunds will be issued for unused nights after check-in unless approved by hotel management under exceptional circumstances.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.

Booking Amendments

Requests to change booking dates are subject to availability and prevailing room rates.

Hotel Cancellation

If Manyatta Azure Boutique Hotel is unable to honour a confirmed reservation due to circumstances within our control, guests will be offered either:

• An alternative booking date (subject to availability), or

• A full refund.
